Refund Policy

7-day returns, no questions asked. You can return any item within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, with all parts, in the original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps) on WhatsApp at +91 73050 36369 or at hello@bluebee3dstore.in. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and the return pickup is free.

Changed your mind? Message us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup. A ₹150 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return reaching us. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer, or as store credit if you prefer.

Cancellations. Every piece is made to order, so you can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, or any time before printing starts, for a full refund.
